This notice explains how OctoWorks Ltd handles personal data in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to it. OctoWorks Ltd is the controller of that data. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 15361867, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86‑90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. This website

This site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, forms, embedded content or scripts, and it does not load anything from other websites. No personal data is collected through the pages themselves.

Like any web server, the hosting provider records technical details when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and available, and are kept in line with the hosting provider's own retention policy.

If you email OctoWorks

If you send an email, your name, email address and anything you include in the message are used to reply to you and to manage any engagement that follows. The lawful basis is OctoWorks' legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where you are asking about a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it.

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for those purposes and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Personal data is not sold, and it is not used for marketing without your consent. Service providers, such as email and hosting providers, process data on OctoWorks' behalf under contract.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data held about you;
  • ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
  • ask for your data to be deleted or its use restricted;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • ask for your data to be transferred to another organisation, where that applies.
